First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (regorafenib and nivolumab) in people with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can stop the cancer from growing for at least 4 months longer than historical results with regorafenib alone. About 48 participants aged 5 and older are enrolled.
