Summary
This early-phase study tested adding the drug regorafenib to standard treatment (temozolomide with or without radiation) for people newly diagnosed with a specific type of aggressive brain cancer called MGMT-methylated glioblastoma. The main goal was to find the safest dose of regorafenib when used alongside standard therapy. 21 adults participated, and researchers monitored side effects and how the body processed the drug.
