Summary
This study looked at whether making a larger opening at the tip of the tooth root helps regenerative dental treatment work better in adults with infected teeth. 36 people with mature teeth and root infections received one of two treatment sizes. Researchers then checked for pain, healing, and return of tooth sensation over time.
