Summary
This study looked at whether doing Reformer Pilates for 8 weeks (twice a week, 50 minutes each) could improve strength, balance, and quality of life in women who don't exercise regularly. 57 women took part, with half doing Pilates and the other half continuing their normal routine. The results showed that Pilates helped improve their ability to stand up from a chair, balance, and overall well-being.
