Summary
This study tested a supplement called ReFocus, made from two herbs, in 36 healthy adults who felt stressed. Participants took the supplement or a placebo for 14 days, then switched. Researchers measured thinking speed, memory, mood, and sleep. The goal was to see if the supplement could ease stress and improve mental function.
