Summary
This study tested whether a supplement called ReFocus, made from skullcap and hawthorn, can reduce stress and improve thinking, sleep, and wellbeing in healthy adults who feel stressed. Thirty-six volunteers took either the supplement or a placebo for 14 days, then switched. The results show how the supplement affects memory, attention, mood, and stress levels.
