First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a structured communication guide (called TAP) to the existing First Line Leader program helps reduce crisis and suicide risk among Idaho Army National Guard soldiers. About 450 soldiers and their leaders will take part, with some using the enhanced program and others the standard one. Researchers will track how well the program is used and if it improves unit morale and reduces distress.
