Summary
This study looks at whether adding a structured guide (called TAP) to an existing leadership program helps reduce crisis and suicide risk among soldiers in the Idaho Army National Guard. About 450 soldiers and their leaders will take part, and researchers will track how well the program works over one year. The goal is to improve communication and support between junior soldiers and their non-commissioned officers.
