Summary
This pilot study tests a 4-week program led by nurses and supported by general practitioners to help breast cancer survivors who also have heart disease. The program focuses on lifestyle changes like exercise, diet, and stress management. Researchers will see if the program is practical and liked by participants, and if it improves heart health measures like blood pressure and weight. The study involves 15 adults who have finished active cancer treatment.
