Summary
This study tests whether helping families eat more meals together and improve the quality of those meals can lower children's risk for obesity and heart disease. About 500 kids ages 5-10 and their caregivers will use video recordings and text message tips over 12 months. The goal is to see if these tools can improve children's weight, diet, and overall health.
