Family meals go High-Tech: new study aims to cut childhood obesity

Summary

This study tests whether helping families eat more meals together and improve meal quality can lower obesity risk in children ages 5-10. Over 12 months, 500 families will use mobile tools and video feedback to track and improve their meals. The goal is to reduce BMI and improve diet quality, lowering future heart disease risk.
