Summary
This study tested whether teaching patients about pain before surgery (called pain neuroscience education) could lower their anxiety, stress, and pain after a total abdominal hysterectomy. 62 adults having this surgery took part. The goal was to see if this simple education session helps people feel better before and after the procedure.
