Summary
This study is testing whether using a lower radiation dose on healthy lymph nodes can reduce treatment side effects for people with anal cancer. The trial will compare the new approach to standard radiation in 33 patients undergoing combined chemotherapy and radiation. Researchers will measure side effects like diarrhea and skin problems, while also checking if the cancer control remains effective.
