Summary
This study is testing whether using a lower dose of radiation to nearby lymph nodes can reduce treatment side effects for people with anal cancer, while still effectively controlling the cancer. The trial will compare the new approach to standard radiation doses in 33 participants. Researchers will measure side effects like diarrhea and skin problems, while also tracking whether the cancer stays away.
