First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. The approach combines immune cells (dendritic cells) with two immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) given directly into the tumor during surgery, followed by more doses into the brain and vein. The goal is to help the immune system attack the tumor and improve survival. About 110 participants are enrolled in this early-phase trial.
