First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tested a website called RecTech Match, combined with health coaching calls, to help people with physical disabilities find and engage in physical activities. Seven adults with mobility-limiting disabilities participated. Researchers measured physical activity levels, barriers, and social influences using questionnaires and Fitbit data. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible and helpful.

- What this could lead to
- If successful, this approach could help people with disabilities find accessible exercise programs and become more active.
