Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for people with locally advanced rectal cancer. Participants first get a short course of radiation plus a drug called IL-2, then receive chemotherapy and two immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if this combination can make the cancer completely disappear. The study will enroll 35 adults aged 18 to 70.
