Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for people with locally advanced rectal cancer. Participants first get a short course of radiation along with an immune-boosting drug (IL-2). Then they receive chemotherapy (CAPOX) plus two immunotherapy drugs (a PD-1 antibody and IL-2). The goal is to see if this combination can make the cancer completely disappear. The study enrolls 35 adults aged 18-70 with good overall health.
