Summary
This study looks at 266 adults with advanced rectal cancer to see if a newer treatment plan (total neoadjuvant treatment) causes fewer problems after surgery compared to standard radiotherapy. Researchers will track complications within 90 days after surgery, especially in older patients. The goal is to find which approach is safer for patients.
