Summary

This study follows 126 people with early HER2-negative breast cancer who are taking the drug olaparib after surgery. Researchers want to see how many patients complete the full 12-month treatment course in everyday medical practice. The study does not test a new drug or treatment, but simply observes real-world use to understand patient experiences and outcomes.
