New hope for endometrial cancer: real-world study tests durvalumab combo

NCT ID NCT06890273

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study is tracking 150 women with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer to see how well a treatment plan works in everyday medical practice. The plan starts with chemotherapy plus the drug durvalumab, followed by long-term maintenance with durvalumab alone or with another drug called olaparib. The goal is to measure how long it takes before patients need a different treatment, and to monitor side effects and quality of life.
