Summary
This study aims to observe and understand how a group of diseases where the immune system attacks the nervous system behave in real life. It will follow 1,550 patients diagnosed with conditions like multiple sclerosis or myasthenia gravis over time. The goal is to collect long-term information on symptoms, disability, and treatment responses to help improve future care strategies.
