This study will follow about 6,000 Italian adults who are prescribed inclisiran, evolocumab, or alirocumab—medicines that lower cholesterol. Researchers want to see how consistently patients take these drugs over months and years in everyday life, not in a controlled clinic. The goal is to understand real-world adherence and persistence, which can help doctors and patients manage heart disease better.
