Summary
This study will follow 240 people who received SMART stents to treat narrowed or blocked arteries in the legs (iliac, thigh, or behind-the-knee). The goal is to see how well the stents keep the arteries open and prevent serious problems like major amputation over 12 months. Participants are already treated per standard care, and researchers will collect data from their medical records.
