This study followed 127 adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis for 2 years. Researchers collected real-life data on how long patients stayed on secukinumab treatment and how their quality of life changed. The goal was to understand the drug's effectiveness and usage patterns outside of controlled clinical trials.
