Summary
This study tests whether using a blood test that detects HPV DNA can help doctors choose the right level of treatment for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. About 116 participants with early-stage cancer will receive therapy tailored to their risk, based on blood results and factors like smoking history. The goal is to improve survival while reducing unnecessary side effects.
