Summary
This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called RE002 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation (KRAS G12D). The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to recognize and attack the cancer. The study aims to see if the treatment is safe and effective, enrolling 30 adults who have not responded to standard therapies.
