Heat or no heat? new study tackles breast cancer recurrence treatment

Summary
This study follows 500 breast cancer patients whose cancer has returned in the same area. They will receive additional radiation therapy, some with and some without hyperthermia (heat treatment). The goal is to compare side effects, quality of life, and cancer control over five years to help doctors and patients make better treatment decisions.
