Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called RBD5044 in 40 adults with high triglycerides, a type of blood fat that raises heart risk. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo twice over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if RBD5044 safely lowers triglyceride levels.
