Summary
This study was designed to see if a fast-acting form of brain stimulation (called accelerated TMS) could reduce suicidal thoughts in people hospitalized with major depression. It was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available. The goal was to understand how this treatment affects brain networks linked to suicidal thinking.
