Summary
This study tests if a precise form of radiation therapy (SBRT) can reduce dangerous heart rhythms better than the usual catheter ablation in 60 people with advanced heart disease. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either radiation or ablation, and researchers will compare how well each treatment cuts the number of heart rhythm episodes by at least 75% over 6 months. The goal is to find a safer, less invasive option for managing ventricular tachycardia.
