Summary
This study tests a new radioactive drug called [177Lu]Lu-PentixaTher for people with acute leukemia that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The drug targets a protein (CXCR4) on leukemia cells to deliver radiation directly to the cancer. The trial will include up to 21 adults and aims to find the safest dose and see if it helps shrink the cancer.
