Summary
This study compares two types of radiation therapy for people with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). One method delivers tiny radioactive beads directly to the tumor's blood supply, while the other uses focused external beams. The goal is to see which approach better controls the cancer and reduces the need for additional treatment over one year. About 146 adults with up to three liver tumors will participate.
