Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new radioactive drug, [225Ac]-FPI-2068, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The study aims to find a safe dose and see how the drug spreads in the body. About 70 people with cancers like lung, colon, or head and neck cancer will take part.
