Summary

This study compares two treatments for hand and wrist osteoarthritis pain: low-dose radiation therapy and steroid injections. Researchers want to see which approach works better at reducing pain and improving hand function for daily activities. The study involves 165 adults aged 50+ with moderate to severe hand arthritis who haven't had recent hand surgeries or certain other conditions.
