Summary

This study tests a chemotherapy regimen (R-CDOP) plus a drug injected into the spine (intrathecal methotrexate) in 83 adults with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who have a high risk of the cancer spreading to the central nervous system. The goal is to see if this combination lowers the chance of brain relapse within two years. Participants must be between 18 and 75 years old and have not received prior treatment.
