First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing a new blood test that uses advanced quantum sensors and artificial intelligence to find tiny bits of DNA from prostate cancer cells. The goal is to diagnose prostate cancer earlier and more accurately than current methods, potentially reducing the need for invasive biopsies. The study will involve 1,100 men with elevated PSA levels who are already scheduled for a prostate biopsy.
