Summary
This study tested different versions of a quadrivalent (four-strain) flu vaccine in 210 healthy adults aged 18–30 and 50+. The goal was to see how safe they were and how well they triggered the immune system to fight flu viruses. Participants received one shot and were monitored for side effects and antibody levels over 90 days.
