Summary
This study is a registry that will follow 4000 adults in the UK who have been newly diagnosed with heart failure and have a weak heart pump (ejection fraction below 50%). Researchers will collect information on hospital stays, deaths, and what treatments patients receive. The goal is to learn how well current guidelines and treatments work in real life, but no new treatment is being tested.
