Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called QoLibri designed to help people with chronic pain. The goal is to see if using the app improves quality of life and reduces how much pain interferes with daily activities. About 410 adults with moderate or worse pain for over 3 months will be randomly assigned to use the app or join a waitlist. The app is a digital therapy, not a medication, and focuses on helping patients manage pain's effects on their life.
