Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called QoLibri designed to help people with chronic pain (pain lasting more than 3 months) improve their quality of life and daily function. About 410 adults with at least moderate pain will either use the app right away or wait and receive it later. The main goal is to see if the app reduces how much pain interferes with everyday activities and emotional well-being.
