Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called QoLibri designed to help people with chronic pain manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. About 410 adults with moderate or worse pain lasting over 3 months will be randomly assigned to use the app right away or after a waiting period. The main goal is to see if the app reduces how much pain interferes with daily activities and emotional well-being.
