Summary
This study tests a new medicine called QLC7401 in adults with high cholesterol or mixed dyslipidemia who are not on other treatments. Participants receive injections of either the drug or a placebo to see if it safely lowers bad cholesterol. The goal is to manage cholesterol levels and reduce heart disease risk.
