Summary
This study looks at how the mind-body practice QiGong changes brain activity to help people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will measure pain levels, body awareness, and mindfulness in 60 adults who practice QiGong. The goal is to understand the brain mechanisms behind pain relief, not to test a cure or drug.
