Summary

This study looks at whether qigong (a gentle movement practice) or multicomponent exercise can help people with panic disorder feel less anxious and improve their physical health. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 18-65 who have been diagnosed with panic disorder. Participants will be assigned to either qigong, multicomponent exercise, or a control group, and their anxiety, balance, walking, sleep, and quality of life will be measured.
