First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests an investigational drug called QHRD106 for people who have had an acute ischemic stroke. The goal is to see if it can improve recovery and reduce disability when given within 24 hours of stroke onset. About 320 adults aged 18 to 80 who have not received standard clot-busting treatment will participate. The trial is double-blind and placebo-controlled, meaning some participants will receive the drug and others a placebo, with neither they nor their doctors knowing which.
