Summary
This study tests a new device called the PULSTA valve, which is placed inside the heart through a tube in a blood vessel, avoiding open-heart surgery. It is for people with a damaged pulmonary valve that either leaks or is too narrow. The study includes 58 patients and checks if the valve works well and is safe over 6 months.
