First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to deliver radiation called PULSAR, which gives short, powerful pulses of proton therapy every few weeks, adapting to changes in the tumor. It is for people with pancreatic cancer that has not spread widely. The goal is to improve local tumor control while reducing side effects, and to keep patients on their regular chemotherapy with fewer breaks.
