First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at how well cold, heat, and electric tests can tell if a tooth's nerve is healthy or damaged. 175 adults who needed root canals took these tests before treatment. The results were compared to what the dentist saw inside the tooth. The goal was to find out which test is most reliable for diagnosing tooth nerve problems.
