Summary
This study will observe 600 adults with heart valve disease who are scheduled for valve procedures. Researchers want to understand how changes in lung blood vessels affect heart function and recovery. The goal is to find patterns that predict improvement in tricuspid regurgitation and right heart function after surgery.
