First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how a structured exercise and education program (pulmonary rehabilitation) affects inflammation and oxidative stress in people with stable COPD. Researchers will measure certain blood markers before and after the program in 27 adults aged 40-80. The goal is to understand if this therapy does more than just ease symptoms—it may also help reduce harmful inflammation and oxidative damage in the body.
